Cancer Couple

We, David and Jana, were diagnosed with cancer within an 11 day period in 2010. What a surprise! I have mesothelioma, and Jana has chronic myelogenous leukemia, and this blog chronicles our experiences with these diseases. To get started, first take a look at the back stories on right below. Talking with Doctors at the End of Life

Here is an interesting article about the difficult communication between doctors, patients, and family at the end of life. I believe my oncologist and his nurse practitioner will be straightforward with when the time comes because they know me well enough to know that I want their prognosis and will not overreact.
